This is a how we proceed:

a) Confirmation

First, you will have to await confirmation by e-mail, that we have space onboard for you. Give us a few days.

The yachts we use have room for max 10 people and can therefore fill up quickly. In the event that happens, we will suggest alternative dates.

b) Payment

Once you’re confirmed, you go ahead and send your deposit. (Your reservation is only complete once we have received your deposit).

c) Travel arrangement

With the deposit paid, you go ahead and make your travel arrangements.

When booking tickets for Athens, please make sure that your flight lands no later than 14:00 (2:00 pm) of our starting day.
For your own comfort, we recommend that your departing flight leaves after 11:00 am of our final day. We will of course try to accommodate other times, but please do talk to us before making any such arrangements as it might effect our time at sea.

You should be able to find budget accommodation in Lavrion itself without any problems. (40-50€/night is a regular rate outside the high season). So you can easily arrive, and depart, outside our trip dates. You really should consider staying a few extra days anyway, as Athens (with surroundings) has much to offer. Especially if you are interested in culture and history.

Lavrion is only 37 km (25 min) ride from Athens airport. We will help coordinate the airport transfer once we have everyone’s travel details. (Price for a taxi/van is 50-80€, to be shared).
